Welcome

Welcome to my psychotherapy practice. I am an accredited member of the BACP, and my approach is embodied, relational, experiential. I aim to welcome everything about you, meet your more fully in relationship, and create a safe space for whatever you need to explore, such as…

    •    anxiety
    •    depression
    •    trauma or overwhelm
    •    relationship problems
    •    sexuality
    •    identity and meaning
    •    suicidal feelings
    •    stress or anger
    •    affects of abuse
    •    bereavement
    •    spiritual emergency

By bringing my unique perspective and depth of life experience to the therapeutic encounter, I aim to facillitate an environment where life can be fully eperienced, and connection and vitality can thrive.

Most of my work is online, as I spend my time between Lithuania and the UK, but I find that working online is effective for many clients. I aim to offer a safe space to meet once a week, but it is really the emotional space that is important. My aim is to stay present and witness what you bring, so that together we can explore what needs to unfold to encourage healing. Everyone is unique: there are no formulas.

Experience

I’ve been practicing as a psychotherapist since 2005, and have 30+ years experience of consistently working through my own issues in a variety of settings, because it is my understanding that as a therapist I can’t go with clients where I haven’t been myself. I consider this an essential part of what I offer.

I am an integrative therapist, with an Advanced Diploma in Psychodynamic counselling and a post diploma award in psychotherapeutic counselling and embodied relational therapy, and continuing professional development certificates in subjects such as developmental trauma, attachment, family systems, separation and loss, psycho/spiritual integration, and supervision. I am a registered and accredited member of the BACP, (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy), fully insured, and involved in ongoing professional development.

Please look around and get in touch if you would like to meet and explore further.
